Came to her with a serious problem and she told me I wasted my time coming to see her. Threw me away like I was nothing. Wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy.

First of all, Dr. Jen helped me with my vertigo and migraines. She was incredibly thorough and took her time examining the issues from every angle. But more than anything, she was so compassionate. These days, I'm used to doctor being competent but not this caring. I was practically a puddle by the time I left. Because she wasn't trying to mitigate my symptoms, she asked the right questions and was able to treat me with minimal medication and many options based on my lifestyle. I am very grateful.

My neurosurgeon referred me to Dr. Jen when my headaches did not resolve after my ACDF surgery. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy with my experience with Dr. Jen. She put me on a medication for my migraines and told me to keep her updated and call or email with any concerns or questions. I had some issues with the medication, and called and emailed and haven't heard anything back! No one EVER answers the phone all you get is an automated voice system. I am so disgusted with them that I will NEVER go back. I think I'll just throw out the medicine and look for another doctor.

Doctor Jen is kind, courteous, and as professional a doctor that you will find. Her patient coordinators are good at follow up which is both a reflection of her coordinators but also in the doctor - she has called me on several occasions to follow up with me on her personal time; another example of her true commitment to her patients.
