I love the doctors at this facility but I have always had issues with the support staff. Today I called because I had been in the hospital over the weekend and needed a same day appointment (which they offer). I was told I couldn’t be seen same day. It’s only an extra one day wait. Keep in mind I was admitted to the hospital for stroke symptoms and possible cardiac issues. Not the first time staff shows little concern for patient care.

Was very happy with the office for several years however now not so much. I have been trying to get my medication refilled for 2 MONTHS now. I and my insurance company have left several messages and not getting any response, none. I even went into the office and was assured it was sent in. It was not. I am at a standstill and under extreme anxiety over it

I'm just to worn down for details. But unequivocally the worst office staff I ever encounted in the medical profession. Avoid this sub standard so called medical facility

Dr Widdows was very rude and abrupt. She wasn't listening to my questions and couldn't get me out of her office fast enough. Definitely switching Drs.

Dr. Widdows explained in detail what all my options were including some that wouldn't benefit her. She made me feel valued and not just another patient.

Dirty office, very rude, rushed me in and out, didn't go over medications with me , previous comments about going to the Vet, is more accurate

Ive been going to Dr. Widdows for many years now and am so pleased to have finally found a wonderful , caring doctor after trying a few others when I first moved to Florida. She spends time with you , explains things , is thorough without alarming you .

Horrible office, rude incompetent staff. Nurse practitioners performing well woman exams with NO EXPERIENCE! I'd rather see a vet!! Dr never returns a call oFfice should be closed up ..
