I got the overall feeling of disinterest, both from the doctor and the administration. I have tendonitis from running and need new orthotics, as my old ones have worn out. The doctor barely examined me. She listened to my problem and then recommended orthotics with no examination. I explained to her that I have one leg longer than the other and needed a heel lift. She never asked to see me stand or walk. Perhaps Dr. Wyman is an excellent doctor in some aspects of podiatric medicine - I don't know. But if you are a runner who needs custom orthotics based on bio-mechanics, I would look elsewhere. The business office told my wife that our insurance does not cover orthotics, despite them never calling the insurance and my wife insisting that orthotics are covered. When we later called the insurance, they told us that orthotics are covered. The one positive aspect of my visit is that I was seen at the appointment time. I have since been to another podiatrist.

Dr Wyman is outstanding. Ive seen her several times for an old - but recently diagnosed - foot injury. She is not the first Dr Ive seen, but she is the first that gave me hope. Unlike other Podiatrists, Dr Wyman offered the possibility of surgery to treat my condition. I appreciate her professional yet kind demeanor, her obvious knowledge and expertise and her creative thinking applied to her medical profession. I wholeheartedly recommend her to others.
