Changed Doctors, I am sure Kaiser has ones who follow through

Dr. Azer was rude and didn’t listen to a word I said. She also didn’t care about my needs and concerns as a patient. I cried after the appointment because she made me feel so insignificant. She only saw me for about 5 minutes and then was rushing out the door. Maybe she had poor training or has zero compassion for her patients.

I've never had such a negative experience with a doctor in my life! She was rude right from the start and treated me like an inconvenience to her. Her attitude is of someone who is jaded and doesn't care about people, she just wants to get her job done (and she isn't even good at that) and doesn't listen. We had a disagreement on my treatment and she stormed out like a child throwing a tantrum for not getting her way, incredibly unprofessional and the rudest person I've encountered in years. Unbelievable!

I got to see Dr. Azer recently and I was very happy the visit!! She took her time. She was kind and made me feel comfortable. I’ve made her my primary care doctor and would recommend her to my family and closest friends

Worst doctor i have met in my life..Very rude doctor and not helpful! She seems not interested to see me (she’s not my primary physician) since i came for after hours.. only gave me OTC medicine.. such a waste of my time and energy

I think she’s one of the rudest and most inconsiderate doctors I’ve ever met. She didn’t make me feel like a patient should. I had a follow up with her because the first appointment didn’t fulfill my needs. With the follow up, she basically told me to get over it because my feelings were no longer relevant and that there was nothing else for her to say or do. She’s far from kind, educated, and humble. Some people weren’t meant to be in the profession they’re in, and she’s definitely at the top of that list. She’s failed in my book, and I’m disappointed that I had to spend my time around a ignorant dim witted “doctor”.

Wonderful physician, knowledgeable and kind. Took her time with me and also the wait was short, I was in the exam room within 10 minutes of arriving and she came in within 4-5 minutes!

Made me feel really comfortable. Answered all of my questions and walked me through exactly what she was doing. Gave proper referrals.
