My children love it here. The staff is so friendly and they make the experience easy for their young patients.

I previously had referred many friends to this dentist. However, I recently have had 2 bad experiences with this dentist. 1. The dental hygienist noted a likely cavity on my son. Dr. Lewis did not confirm this finding but rather scheduled the filling without seeing him first. While I am sure a hygienist can guide a dentist, it should be the dentist making the final diagnosis. 2. There was a scheduling mix up with my child. I took time out of work to make this appointment, but when we arrived I was told that they had made a mistake and that they had to reschedule. The dentist was present and was seeing patients and likely could have seen us (albeit late). My son was very nervous, and it was a struggle to get him to the appointment. I feel that if the mistake was clearly the office staff's, then there should have been an attempt to accommodate my son--or at least an apology from the dentist.
