Chemotherapy was the worst medication I ever had to take and absolutely miserable in every way, Dr. Mortimer put up with what others would have never tolerated in order to make me better. She saved my life! I was on my way out 6 months left at 39. I was so angry and bitter I never told her what a blessing it was to have such an incredible doctor to take care of me. Dr. Mortimer has a very calm, pleasant personality. She is very caring, always puts patients at ease. She cured me of my breast cancer, she always responds to emails. You can ask her any dumb question and she will answer it very promptly. She is a very kind person, and always joking and smiling when she meets you. (I really appreciated her calm demeanor, especially when just receiving breast cancer diagnosis, one would like to be seen by a calm, self-assured doctor. i also liked that she said she was sorry i had to see her. Little things like that makes me know she cared.) She even gave a published article backing up her treatment plan for me, basically showing me that this method is clinically proven to be the most efficient way of curing the early stage cancer. Also her years of experience, intelligence, and her list of achievements are serious pluses because you can feel confident and safe in her care. She also was considerate in the fact that the treatment plan allowed for… the best possible cosmetic outcomes (chemo first, then surgery later). She is my hero, she saved my life, and i will always be grateful for her amazing care and service
