Dr. Joanne Frances Pellicane, MD

She has always taken her time with me. She explains very thoroughly any questions I have had. She has been my gynecologist for over 10 years.

I’m only giving one star because it is required. I had been a patient here for 3-4 years. Went with some issues that were concerning. I was never taken seriously. Always an excuse as to why I was having an issue (age, in my head, not as bad a song I say). Finally got a second opinion and low and behold! There is something wrong! Never bothered to run tests or give me answers. Don’t waste your time writing down your concerns because she won’t take them seriously.

Wonderful doctor. Not only listens, but follows up by phone if necessary--the doctor herself, not an assistant.

Does not have a clue. Her diagnosis is a shot in the dark. She has treated me for the wrong condition twice but never again. She came to Honesdale from Piscataway, N.J. to free herself from responsibilty in an area that the average IQ is 100. My advice is travel to the City and get what you pay for. A GOOD Doctor who cares
