I have been a patient of Dr Wojcieszek for over 20 years and she has given me excellent care for my problem.

Wonderful doctor. She is very thorough and listened to my concerns. I was having a lot of difficulty and there was a three month wait to get into the doctor I was referred to. I called around for sooner appointments and she got me in within a week. The only issue I have had with her office is getting her nurse to return calls and paperwork for my short term disability.

If this doctor doesn't get a full four stars then I don't think any should. She is the best doctor I have ever had. She is very knowledgeable, she does what she says she will do, she takes a sincere interest in her patients, she gives of her own personal time to help setup seminars/symposiums to help educate and support her patients and their families, I have bumped into her at several of the World Parkinson's Congresses where medical professionals, patients and caregivers share the latest developments in PD research...I can't thank her enough for what she has done for so many of us.

I wish every doctor cared as much and listened to their patients like she does.

I agree that Dr. Joanne deserves a higher rating. I care for my brother who has Huntington's and she spends as much time as we need addressing his concerns. She is never hurried or treats us like she has more important things going on. She explains everything and makes sure we all understand and then summarizes our visit so we have documentation. She also treats 2 other brothers. Our family is grateful to have her.

Dr. Joanne has cared for my mother during a 15 year battle with Parkinson's. Whatever you say about her office staff, she is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever observed in practice. She was also always current on new treatments and options. She treated my mother and our family like more than just a chart or a case. She treated her like a friend. I can't recommend her highly enough, especially for the treatment of a long-term disorder like Parkinson's.

Dr. Joanne took over the practice when my former neurologist accepted a teaching position (in Oklahoma?). The office is still understaffed, both clerical and professional, but Dr. Joanne takes time to listen and talk with me. She brings new treatments to my attention and listens to my suggestions and reactions. I feel like more than a -case- to her, I feel like a friend. Partly this is because we both love Krakow, Poland, her native city. But I have talked with other patients who like her a lot, too.
