After my second birth I became depressed and needed help. She must have been having a bad day and as a medical professional states "I don't have time for this today " and she sent me back to OB with a sonogram result which said "cannot rule out retention of afterbirth" which means the bleeding months after giving birth and depression were real and should have been addressed. We all have bad days, but the medical issue she should have helped with.

I’ve been going to Dr Cervantes for years I had never had a complaint of expertise in communication with me was astronomical is also superb a good listener I would highly recommend Dr Cervantes to all my friends she’s the best she even called you on weekends to see how you feel I don’t know of any other doctor that I make it but I experience has made weekend

I had been going to Dr. Cervantes for 10+ years and then moved down south. Unfortunately I have yet to find a good internal doctor here. Dr. Cervantes really cares about her patients and her follow-up is excellent. She would always take the time to listen to my concerns and I never felt rushed. I wish I could find an internal doctor like her down here because I really miss that level of service!

I've been with Dr. Cervantes for years now and do not want to see anybody else! She is very thorough and I while I do agree she always send you for a bunch a tests I do believe it is better to be safe than sorry which is why I believe she may take that approach. Very friendly as well.

May your conscience be your guide. It is one thing to charge patients and make them better. It is another thing to charge them and give out tests and prescriptions without making them better only so that patients will be coming back frequently with your convincing voice.
