The doctor herself is friendly and nice but everything else about the experience was very negative. I used to get excellent Service from Dr Cavazos and staff. On several occasions I had called to get refills for my prescription that I will need for the rest of my life and they did not call the pharmacist back for over a week. I went without needed daily medicine numerous times for days because of the staff! When I finally reached them, they said that it's really just easier to go ahead and call them every month to get a refill. Of course that is ridiculous and I need easy refills every month since this is an ongoing medication. It was never that way before. The staff said it was easier just to "skip the middleman and that's why they did not call the pharmacy back". Ridiculous. They also make you wait a very long time and fill out a crazy amount of forms that are inappropriate for my age group. Rude uncaring office staff.

We cannot get her to return our call regarding a family member, her patient. Very frustrating.
