She laughed at the request of my little brother. And even called in a staff member to tell her and proceeded to laugh. I filed a grievance with the hospital which is under investigation.

I called to make an appointment to see the doctor, my newborn has a cod, I was put on hold for 1 hr I didn't mind because it is flu season and I assume that it was busy. I had given the Crystal my info and so I kept waiting. I hear her pick up and then hangs up on me. So I call again stating I was put on hold and she had the audacity to say she forgot about me and I had to give her my info again( keep in mind I took screenshots of the length of the phone call) So Crystal calls me a liar and when I ask her to speak to a supervisor she hung up on me again. I had ask Crystal if there was anyone else that can help and she said it was just her. She hung up again! And when I call back for a thrid time she lowers her voice a bit and pretended to be someone else when I asked when her supervisor will be in. I understand they can get busy but I have a newborn, I'm freaking out and all I need is to make an appointment to check that my child is okay. I get that it's not there child but dammit at… least FAKE that you care about the children!! This was my first time making an appointment here! And I'm already looking for a different doctor.

Sadly while looking for newborn pediatrician I solely based option on google reviews. Dr, Zunigas has great reviews there, but when it came to the actual visitation, the office was poorly maintained. Receptionist was friendly, but Dr. Zuniga had a very negative vibe. My little one was here for his first shots. I was dissatisfied with the procedure, the nurse made him bleed. I was even more upset to read that it was not normal for my son to bleed more than a tiny dot. His blood was smeared on his shirt and diaper. And he had a scrap from either the nurse's nail or the actual needle, not sure. I believe that when it comes to health and wellbeing incompetence is unacceptable. Never coming back here.

GREAT KNOWLEDGABLE DOCTOR

I have been coming to her since i was little and now my 2 kids come to her. She helped my son so much . she refered me to specialist for his speech and got him help since he was 2 and he is doing amazing now and now i just had another baby and i cant wait for dr zuniga to look after her now.

She takes her time with every patient. Listens and explains everything . Great doctor .

Dr. Zuniga is the greatest to our family, my kids have been with dr. Zuniga since the day they were born and I would not change to any other doctor. 13 years of of great experiences, she is the best for our family.

She is a wonderful doctor I've been with her for 5 years already and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my kid other then her. My baby was born with his testis out of place and she made sure to send me to the best specialist and was very quick with all the authorizations. I felt secure with her and with the specialist she send me to. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends. Yes sometimes the wait is long but I always think if they are great doctors then of course you're going to wait and I don't mind.

wouldnt change her for any other pediatrician! great with my kids

Staff is rude...if you come during walk in hours expect to wait at least 2hrs to be seen...Dr. Is great but needs new staff and better hours
