Dr Grandominico has been my physician for many years. She's the best and really cares about your health and concerns. Since I had to move out of state I really miss her but she still has helped with my transition closer to my family. I hope I can find someone as caring as she was.

I feel fortunate to have her as my physician. She listens, takes time, and makes me feel comfortable and cared for. Her office staff is top-notch.

Dr. Grandominico is the absolute best. I drive across town just to keep her as my doctor.

So, basically your inital impression once you enter the office is based on the first person you meet which is usually the receptionist at the front desk. That person sets the mood for what is to be expected when going to see a new physician. This office fails in this regard for receptionist and medical assistants are neither very friendly nor professional. While this physician is friendly and so-seemingly competent, communication is broken down when she delegates staff to relay messages.
