Dr. Simkins is truly the best Dr. She is so knowledgeable & sincere clients. Dr. Simkins is always available if you need her & always has a solution to your problem. Dr. Simkins is my internist & my pulmonary Dr. She is so thorough. I'm so lucky that I finally found a Dr. that is so caring & so helpful in every way! Dr. Simkins is perfect in every way! I'm truly lucky to have found her!!!

I am an recently x patient of Dr. Simkins , first of all my wait time for her is outrageous you need to pack a lunch. And her from office staff are over worked and it shows with their attitude when dealing with patients. God forbid you ask something of the doctor or staff , the return calls are made a day later after my frustration has settled down from not speaking to my doctor? She doesn't reflect her caring for her patients through her front office staff. Reviews apparently don't affect her.

I came in feeling pretty good and left feeling much worse, very stressed, and with a headache. Dr. Simkins never made eye contact, never asked me how I felt, spoke at a manic-like pace, and ordered expensive tests, I had the feeling that she was more concerned with covering herself than with me as a patient. Do not go to this doctor!

I was a patient if Dr. Simkins for about 2 years. Every time I went to the office for an appointment I waited at least 1 to 2 hours. She and her staff were always trying to sell me something. I finally agreed to the vitamin test and paid Dr. Simkins $335.00 out of my pocket for the test in which was not covered by insurance. She told me that is what the test cost her. I received a bill in the mail from Spectracell for $190.00 in which was never paid by Dr. Simkins. The test only cost $190.00 not $335.00. She wanted to sell me her vitamin program in which she was the distributor and said give me your credit card and I will order it for you. I told her it was too much money and could not purchase it at the time. She said to me I was all about the money, really she is all about the money. She's suppose to be a doctor who cares not a sales person. Her staff was rude and obnoxious and nobody in that office return phone calls. If I were you and you were thinking about going to Dr. Simkins… go with a heavy wallet and and a lot of reading material for your long wait.

Dr Jodi Simkins really cares about me, I would recommend her 100%.

Absolutely the greatest doctor I've ever had the experience of dealing with. I came from two different doctors that could not explain my pains and she quickly gave me the correct diagnosis. I cannot express how happy I am that I went to her. Go see Dr. Simkins!

I have Aetna insurance and needed to see an "out-of-network" physician to handle my Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and other medical conditions. Even though this other doctor was smart enough to check for Magnesium and Vitamin D deficiencies, and put me on the path to recovery by prescribing natural desiccated thryoid (Nature-throid), Dr. Simkins doesn't agree with all that and instead has told me to decrease my thyroid dose to the point where she would need a shovel to get me up off the floor. Though I think Dr. Simkins is a fine doctor, I need a physicain that understands the treatment of hypothyroidism with desiccated thyroid.

I switched from one of those "Top Doctors" and am very happy with the change. I don't have to waste my time sitting in the waiting room, and she is very caring. All of my questions and concerned get full attention. She is also careful how she spends my money on tests and labs.
