Summary
Joe joined the Recovery PT – Grand Central team after receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from SUNY University at Buffalo. Through various outpatient clinical rotations, he has gained experience treating a breadth of orthopedic conditions including neck pain, shoulder pathologies/dysfunction, low back pain, knee and ankle injuries as well as chronic overuse sports injuries. During clinical rotations in the acute inpatient and subacute rehabilitation settings, Joe has treated patient populations with a wide array of diagnoses ranging from general deconditioning to more extensive neurological rehabilitation such as post-stroke CVA, patients with Parkinson’s, and vestibular disorders.
Joe’s strategy when approaching any given patient, is to identify the impairments that are present and then consider the patient and his/her lifestyle in order to create a treatment plan that is tailored to the patient to facilitate success.
