Dr. Joel W Brook, DPM

Dr Brook has refused to give me my fifth treatment out of six on my foot. I paid for this in full in cash. He now refuses to see me bc I got mad bc he thinks he can just not give you the sixth treatment and make you start all over again. Also, he is very insensitive and offers nothing for the pain of the treatment itself and the staff are so rude and incompetent. Everyone should know this.

I've never been compelled to write a review for a doctor until now. Dr. Joel Brook and his staff are PHENOMENAL. I saw him after another podiatrist removed my toe nail and prescribed an unsafe antibiotic. Dr. Brook was able to schedule me for a same-day appointment and put me on a different set of meds. He wanted to see me for a follow up appt. a week later (the first doc said to follow up 2 weeks after the procedure...) The day after I saw Dr. Brook, I was worried about infection/swelling. His receptionist had his physician's assistant text me. She reviewed pictures I texted her with Dr. Brook and gave me care instructions. She texted me every other day to make sure I was healing/feeling okay until my next follow up appointment. Who does that?! Dr. Brook and his staff went above and beyond to ensure I was recovering properly. I saw him both in Dallas and Plano. He's the only podiatrist worth seeing in DFW.

MY GP referred me to DR Brook. His office was able to get me in the next day. He quickly diagnosed my problem, put me at ease, and removed my callous. The best part -- there was NO pain! Yeah! I'm back to running without pain and irritation. His nurse is wonderful and his office staff is very efficient. He has a great practice. Highly recommend.
