This guy hands out Adderall like it's going out of style. He asks a child if the medication is working without discussing what "working" actually looks like. Since what I really needed was counseling paired with the medication, I didn't feel as though it was working. Never recommended anything other than more meds. I was obviously depressed adn anxious and acting very oddly. He kept on prescribing more meds and never offered any other options. I was a VERY depressed and VERY skinny little girl who was still very much not in control of her symptoms when I stopped going to this guy.

I AM A FORMER PATIENT. I READ THE NOTES FROM HIS VISITS, AT TUFTS NEW ENGLAND MEDICAL AS I LOST WEIGHT AND HE UPPED MY DOSES OF RITALIN TO A MAX OF 120 MG AT ONE POINT IN THE 1990'S. HE IS SIMPLY IN THIS FOR THE PAY, I NEVER CHANGED A SINGLE THING IN LIFE, IF ANYTHING I BECAME WORSE, MORE OF AN ADDICTIVE PERSONALITY,, THANK THE LORD THERE WAS NO HEROIN AROUND AND I MANAGED TO DODGE THAT BULLET. HE IS NEGLIGENT BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT, ITS EVIDENT IN HIS NOTES STATING HE IS UNSURE WHY A 16 YEAR OLD 5'7"" GIRL LOST 30 LBS ON 120MG'S

My son has ADHD and has seen many drs and neurologists, but this felt like the first time someone really took the time to listen to us and my son and really assess him. We left the office and my son said "I really liked him, can he be my regular doctor too"

We met with Dr. Herscowitz this morning for our daughter. She is always incredibily anxious at doctor appointments, but he did really well with making her at ease. He really seems to know what he's doing in the area of tourettes and adhd, and gave us wonderful advice. Highly recommend.

Dr. Herskowitz is thorough, caring and brilliant- He is extremely generous with his time and loves his job. My grandson enjoys his visits- I highly recommend this great doctor!

Dr. Herskowitz was great with my son! He was quick to stop me from answering questions but I was quick to realize he wanted my sons outlook before mine. He took us 30 minutes EARLY and that was at the Boston location. We have a follow up in Framingham which is so convenient! The staff is wonderful and has been so quick in returning my calls. They have refered us to other amazing doctors. For what could have been a stressful experience, Dr. Herskowitz and his staff have made this a much easier & less stressful situation.
