Doctors are ok staff horrible ...The Staff do not do their jobs properly i wating for 30 mins before i got the new Patient paperwork...The girls just sitting behind the desk talking to eachother not handing out new patients paperwork after they tell u to vome in early...Beware long wait times Useless and unengaged staff

The whole office staff was amazing! Dr. Lubritz, Rochelle, Sarah and everyone were very nice, helpful and kind. My surgery went smoothly and everyone worked together to explain everything to me and get what we needed done. I am happy with my results and everyone there. The only thing I would recommend is mentioning to the patients who don't ask, that there is some out of pocket costs aside from like what type of insurance you have. For example, they request you get an ointment, nasal spray and rinse/pills that are not covered by your insurance or that are OTC. It is not super costly or anything, but it would be a good thing to mention before starting the process since they might have to plan for those costs. I would also just offer as much information as possible even if someone doesn't ask since they may not know to ask such as you will be very congested for a few days until we see you again. Just in case!

Dr. Lubritz is a phenomenal doctor. He went above and beyond for me. He's very compassionate and treated me like a person. He addressed, and took into consideration, All of my concerns. He even took the time to explain everything to me and my husband. He is by far the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. His assistants and staff are excellent. They are also very considerate and thorough. The surgery center is also a very pleasant place. And they provided a very comfortable environment. I am very satisfied with the results of the surgeries he performed. I will highly recommend him every time.

The Dr. offices of Lubritz & Nasri are outstanding! My grandfather saw Dr. Say and was treated very well. They were able to get him in quickly & he experienced improved results immediately. The surgery coordinator, Rochelle Leavitt was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this doctor office for all you Ear, Nose & Throat issues!!!

Dr. Lubritz and his staff are wonderful. 1st visit today and it went so smooth. From start to finish, my visit wasn't even a full hour. Dr. Lubritz is a very knowledgeable doctor and has a great bedside manor and his staff is so efficient and friendly! I was so impressed!!

After my ear bleeding with my family doctor sending an urgent referral due to my drum wall ruptured, called few times and even drove for an hour across The Valley to find no hope for me here. Shame on the medical team from the five or more doctors who pitch in like a cheap group looking for the best deal for potatoes in order to use and abuse staff without a person in charge to take responsibilities. All the way to front desk bullies who clearly have issues and they should be mentally evaluated before they start working tomorrow. Let’s not forget the awful call center operators special shout out to # 12 when you call and no one at the two clinics wants to work and she is no different than the entire medical team, unprofessional careless and mentally ill for the way they treat patients. Whenever you finish the work from above, spend some time on the basics foundation of your business starting with unit 340 NOT 580 like it shows online on google today and caused me to walk into an… active construction site on the fifth floor. Will not recommend to friend or enemy, if you have no other options or this group. Save yourself and take a vacation to any other country and get your medical needs done at the same time.

SHAMEFUL - Elder abuse, mistreatment and physical assault. After waiting 3 months for an appointment, the person who takes your blood pressure and weight asked what our appointment was for. After describing basic symptoms, we asked if they had the file, notes and test results from our referring Doctor. The associate said "we don't have anything" and I asked how could we have an appointment without medical information being shared. She continued that "she wouldn't know". We then called our Drs office and they explained that they uploaded all of the details and would call the case worker. My Dad, an 82 year old who can't speak (the medical situation) went to tell my Mom that we were waiting for the records to arrive and he asked another employee where the "main office" was and she said, "the pain office?" Again, he can barely speak so, he repeated it again and she became VERY hostile and abusive. Started yelling at him to not yell at her. He can barely whisper. She then said he was too… close to her. She made a huge ruckus and went to the office manager. Then, Erina Savage entered the room, very hostile and explained that my Father would not be treated in their office due to how he treated the staff. She did now have a copy of his notes, test results etc. they always had them, yet they were too incompetent to have them prepared before the visit. They lacked preparedness, professionalism and were hostile yet, they brought a male employee (Marc) to physically grab my 82 year old, fragile Dad's arm to push him out of the office. SHAMEFUL!!!! A disgrace. This office should be shut down and not one person allowed to care for the health or well being of another human being. Just awful!! If the Doctor's condone this behavior, they should be stripped of their medical license. We're not done.

My doctor gave me a referral for Dr. Lubritz and I regretted not looking at the reviews first. I called to make an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude and unfriendly. She has no costumer service, and I have to ask why such a person was hired to interact with sick patients. She offered me an appointment for two months, but considering how awful she was over the phone I declined and decided to look for a different doctor. I can't speak for the quality for Dr. Lubritz himself, but based on my experience as well as others, I'd find a more qualified employee to serve his patients if I were him.
