Dr. Joel Charles Ross, MD

Dr. Joel Ross is a dual-specialty physician practicing both otolaryngology-head and neck surgery and plastic surgery. He earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine and completed his residency training at Henry Ford Health System. With 62 years of medical experience, Dr. Ross brings extensive knowledge to his practice. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Dr. Ross provides care at multiple locations throughout the Oakland and Concord areas in California, including Highland Hospital in Oakland, John Muir Medical Center in Concord, Alta Bates Summit Medical Center Summit Campus in Oakland, Kaiser Permanente Oakland Medical Center in Oakland, and his office in Pinole.
