Did not include refraction as part of his annual examination even though I authorized it in a standard form at the front desk. Office staff did not engage in COVID-19 cleaning protocol There was no cleaning at all in the examining room I was put into. Two other patients were put in the same room after me; one before me.

Always punctual, thorough, personable. Highly recommended.

Dr. Solomon has been providing my eye car for more than a decade. His skill is exemplary and I find his manner to be engaging and direct. He consistently gives me undivided attention and never rushes me. He will spend as long as necessary to discuss issues, including all-important preventive eye care. His office is physically pleasant and accessible. His office staff now is very pleasant, accommodating and competent. I recommend Dr. Solomon highly.

Robin the , Secretary very rude . Appointment was at 3:30PM, I arrived at 3:37pm and she tells me that it was at 3:00, in a very aggressive voice, clearly stated that DR wouldn't see my 80 yo dad , on top of everything, I asked to speak to supervisor or Dr she denied to help. Very disappointed , very unprofessional staff.

Been a patient of his for years and like and respect him a lot. The two women who are currently working at the front desk are horrid. They spend more time worrying about the music they play then anything else. You can't even get them to acknowledge you when you walk in, let alone answer a question. They are so bad I am considering looking for a new doctor.

After having worn contacts for a decade this Dr. insisted that I go through his contact fitting process to switch brands, at a cost of $350. After our initial meeting his staff ordered me the incorrect contacts. So my second meeting was a waste of time since the contacts were the wrong prescription. When I then came back a third time to try on my contacts, Dr. Solomon prescribed the prescription to me that I was wearing. This was the wrong prescription! I had to come back a fourth time to finally get the contacts to fit. Each time I was rushed through his office and spent 5 minutes with him at most. This equates to a rate of over $1000 an hour for a Dr. to hold a lens in front of my eye while I read an eye chart. After the process I felt completely ripped off and upset that it took 4 appointments and over 2 hours of waiting for this very simple process. In addition, the "included" 2 boxes of contacts they ordered for me were the wrong prescription, and they would not let me return one… of the boxes because I opened it. There was no attempt at apology at any point along the way. Go to a Dr. who actually cares with a staff that's on the ball.

Staff is completely incompetent. Had me wait 20 minutes just so they and the doctor could figure out how to transfer a phone call. Doctor will not refer to patients by their name and will greet you as "hey" or just "what can I do for you". The entire experience was just awkward and I think you could find a better eye doctor at an eyewear shop.

I have had routine eye exams before and my reaction to the medication used to examine my eyes wears off after an hour or two. But this time, I was surprised at how many DIFFERENT drops, from different colored bottle caps were used and how often he reapplied these drops. It took me over 10 days to recover. As you can imagine, I will not been seeing this doctor ever again.
