Dr. Joel A Strehl, DO

Truly skilled surgeon... very thorough, considered what was in my best long-term health interests rather than what may have been more expedient in the removal of my appendix. No post-operative issues.

I had to have surgery recently and had no surgeon. I was given Dr. Strehl's name in the emergency room to schedule a visit. I was a bit skeptical because he was a D.O. Coming from a family of MD's I wasn't sure of his credentials. But I agree to have him perform the surgery and couldn't have been more pleased. A few weeks after the surgery I became ill and thought perhaps it had something to do with the surgery. I was admitted back in the hospital; either Dr. Strehl or a team from his office visited me regularly; it was determined that the problem was not related to the surgery.
