I recently had my first plastic surgery experience and it was with Dr. Williams and his staff. Let me start by saying I was impressed with the way I was treated from the phone call to the insurance. Everyone at this business was kin and professional, I knew up front my costs and my plan of care. When I met with Dr. Williams I was very clear on what I wanted and be listened to me and provided essential feedback. The day of my surgery I was super nervous (to be expected) and once I hit the doors I was put to ease by everyone. The entire staff was excited for me to start this journey and that gave me even more assurance I was in the right place. I am now 1 month post-op and I love my results!!! Allison has been very attentive and listens to in detail. I’ve had an amazing experience and I wouldn’t change a thing. I highly recommend this practice to any and everyone!!!

First off I would like to say the entire office staff at this place is superb! I was uneasy about the surgery as most people are, Dr. Williams and Allison answered every question I had and reassured me the entire way. The office handled all of my insurance portion and were completely transparent on all of my costs. The day of my surgery I was put to ease by the kindness and cheerfulness of the nurses and staff. I spoke with Dr. Williams and told him exactly what I wanted and he listened and provided feedback. I am now one month post-op and I love my results! I thoroughly have enjoyed my journey here and still feel the same quality of care as I continue my follow ups. The only thing I can say is I wish I would have done this years ago and I am confident I picked the best place for my procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams plastic surgery to any and everyone!!!

Dr. Williams Is a truly gifted surgeon! He far exceeded my expectations in performing a corrective surgery due to problems that had arisen for me from a surgery I had that was performed by another physician. I couldn’t be more pleased with my outcome! He and his staff are some of the kindest, most professional medical practitioners I’ve ever worked with. Where do I start?!? When I scheduled my consult with Dr. Williams, I had absolutely NO idea what I was in store for. From the moment I walked into the door, I was met with superior customer service that far exceeded even my greatest expectations. They consistently went above and beyond in every way imaginable. I was SO impressed with the level of care and professionalism that I encountered, that I didn't even want to go for a second consult…and I was having major surgery! Dr. Williams is a true "artist" in every sense of the word and is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. Kate Rice, RN, was an absolute sweetheart. She eased my fears and truly "cared" about me as a fellow mom, not just a patient. From Cynthia who scheduled my appointments, to Kate and the other sweet nurses who literally answered a million questions (before and after surgery), to Allison, the PA, who was great to work with...I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. They have truly mastered the art of… teamwork and they do what they do with complete ease and confidence. From the initial consult, to my surgery, and throughout my recovery process, I cannot imagine ever working with anyone else. They truly set the bar high and I will, without a doubt, be a "forever" client at this practice. I cannot recommend Dr. Williams and his staff enough. Dr. Williams and the staff of Williams Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery are excellent. Every part of my experience with them from consultation, pre-op, surgery, and post op has been handled with care and compassion. I am very so very happy with the results.

I cannot start to say how much I loved Dr. Williams and all of his staff. I have never been to a Dr's office that was so caring. Anytime I had to call his nurse Abby was right on top of things. The front offered you drinks and made sure you were comfortable. If you do not choose this Dr. you are making a big mistake. Kudos to Dr. Williams and all staff.

Dr. Williams and his staff are extremely professional with genuine care. Dr. Williams listened to what I wanted, discussed my opinions, and then together we agreed on achievable results – true artistry.
