If I could leave 0 I would!! I had a horrible experience. A procedure that was supposed to be “simple” was a nightmare and never resolved. The surgical area is deformed after 3-4 surgeries. I flew all of the way from California to see Dr Deal. I finally said enough after continually getting charged for a tweak here & there, then double for the anesthesia. After a huge amount of money and supposedly one more tweak I decided not go under anesthesia again. I will NOT be posting pictures even though I have them. They are disturbing and graphic.

I went into the office with very high expectations. All the reviews I read online were great, the before and after pictures were awesome and the office staff was very friendly over the phone. When I first met Dr. Deal and his staff, I was still very pleased. Everyone was great. I went to Dr. Deal because I had lost weight and also lost all volume in my breasts. I wanted them to look youthful again. He suggested implants over a lift because he thought that would solve the issue. From the day I had them done, I was not happy with my results. Six months after the procedure, my implants still weren't dropping properly (even with massages and wearing a band) and they just looked wrong. He suggested another surgery for only one side to release the scar tissue that had built up. It only made the issue worse. Now another 6 months later, I am still very unhappy with my results and am seeking out another plastic surgeon to completely redo my breasts. I would never recommend or go back to this… practice. I should've done more research.

Dr. Deal and the entire staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly. I felt very comfortable and knew I was in the best care I could get. I'll be back and will continue to refer people to SSA. Thanks to all.

As a recommendation, I drove all the way from DC to see Dr. Deal. I could tell he LOVES what he does. He took time with me, explained everything that would happen before, during and after my procedure. His bedside manner is awesome. You feel like you are just talking to a friend, who just happens to be a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Deal-not only is he a fellowship trained cosmetic surgeon, but is also a board certified general surgeon. Although I didn't expect anything to happen, it was comforting to know that if something did happen, Dr. Deal has the experience and knowledge to ensure any complications were immediately addressed. Go see him, you will not regret it!!!

Dr.Deal and Dr. Nease were very knid and great doctors. Dr. Deal from day one made me feel comfortable, explained everything well, and when I had troubles, did not hesitate to help me with those troubles. It was well worth the drive! I have already reccomended to him to my friends and think the best of him and Dr. Nease! Thank you!

My visit with Doctor Deal was like no other. He answered al of my questions and concerns thoroughly and made me feel like I was in good hands. He delivered what he told me he could do. In fact, I was happier with my overall outcome and results, than I thought I would be. He is a very friendly, kind, compassionate, patient, understanding, and overall amazing doctor. I would definately recommmend Dr. Deal to anyone, and assure hem that they will leave competely happy with their results.
