Dr. Joelle Morrow, MD

Dr. Morrow was recommended to me after I “graduated” from IVF. I had to request an appointment 3 months in advance in order to be seen by her (my new assigned obgyn). She’s not timely in her messages through the Kaiser portal and do not read the messages clearly because she has not once answered my questions regarding concerns related to my first pregnancy. She’s very short and the her messages and doesn’t seem compassionate at all.

Just got off the phone with her. She was scheduled to meet with me for my post ER visit due to excessive bleeding after a D&C was completed. She was super impatient and didn't want to list to any of my concerns. I felt rushed and all she kept saying is that I need birth control. She then said she will send me a message with information and hung up. I'm just happe shes not my usual OBGYN.

She did not show compassion for my concerns. She is knowledgeable about medicine, but I am more aware of the changes in my body. I wish she was more patient with me and offered me options for treatment, rather than her opinion of what I should do.

Not a good experience w/ Dr. Morrow. Not very caring/compassionate at all. Also not knowledgeable when it came to PPD/anxiety.

I was referred to Dr. Morrow when I needed a hysterectomy. She laid out options for me, gave me all the information I needed to decide, and allowed me to choose the option that worked best for me. She was the doctor who performed my hysterectomy a few weeks later and again, she was calm and patient and answered all my questions. My anxiety was quickly assuaged and the surgery went well. After surgery, I had a few complications (the fault of my body - not her as a surgeon) and she promptly returned phone calls and went above and beyond to make sure things were resolved. I genuinely could not have asked for anything more from a doctor or a surgeon. From her professionalism, bed side manner, knowledge, and compassion she impressed me every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend her to any friends or family

Dr. Morrow is an wonderful doctor. She is so compassionate at a time when I had some serious health concerns. She is also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly.

I was seen promptly and received excellent care. I highly recommend this doctor.

Not caring.... Doesn't follow up. I really wish I would have chosen another doctor for my first pregnancy. She has not made this a pleasant experience.
