Dr. Joellen Marie Heims, DO

She ask me three questions. Was in the room 5 mins, listened to my chest, looked in my ears and that was it. Stay healthy she said on the way out the door. She is clearly bored with being a health care provider. I will move on

Dr. Heims has been our family doctor pretty much since she got out of med school. She was my aunt’s and mother’s doctor. She is my doctor and now my daughter’s doctor. She knows our family history and doesn’t fumble around with a bunch of charts trying to figure it all out. She KNOWS our family because she IS our family doctor!

J Heims is so impersonal and don't care attitude I came out of that office thinking What was that! $300.00 office visit with that kind of visit, no wonder the insurance companies are a mess with the care that Mercy docs do not give you. I sure wish Mercy wakes up and find Docs that care. I would go to Unity Point if the wonderful insurance companies would let me. If I can help it not going back to see her. So disappointed in the Mercy docs.
