Dr. Johanna Jones

Johanna Jones is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping people with adjustment disorders, anger management, anxiety, co-dependency issues, chronic illness, relationship issues, depression, grief, LGBTQ+ issues, mood disorders, panic disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, schizophrenia, sexual abuse, stress management, substance abuse, and trauma. Her focus is adults, and she has a special place in her heart for LGBTQ populations, the mentally ill, and those who identify with Asperger's Syndrome. Johanna's solid educational background in evidence-based therapy has given her tools she can share. These come from many sources, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and reality therapy, to name a few — proven interventions for beating addiction, increasing motivation, and living life on your own terms.
