Dr. Limsenben ruptured my daughter’s eardrum. She was fine until our visit in March 2023 when she accidentally ruptured my daughter’s left eardrum and revealed her true personality (my daughter was just 21 months old). Next morning, I saw full of dried blood inside her left ear, I messaged attaching a few pictures of her left ear and called them, got talked to 2 nurses and was determined to stay home and watch. The most disappointing thing is that Dr. Limsenben did not even call to check on my daughter’s condition. She never apologized, never committed to resolving the issue and was careless, appeared that she was trying to stay away from her mistake. I understand we are humans and mistakes happen, but how we stand up and take responsibility to correct our mistakes is how I admire and value people. In May, my daughter’s left ear bled suddenly. We visited Dr. Limsenben and she examined her with nothing, she wiped her ear onto the ulcers (open sores) with force hurting her, my… daughter cried out loud but Dr. Limsenben kept telling me to hold her tight. I did not know until got home, looked into her ear, the ulcers got bigger with lots of pus. Next day, her ear bled more, I had to take her to Methodist Richardson ER and got diagnosed with Ruptured Eardrum and Ear Infection. How did Dr. Limsenben miss it??? At that moment, I knew I had to find a new pediatrician for my daughter and would not go back there ever again. My family suffered since that incident. My daughter became clingier during daytime, kept getting up yelling and crying at nighttime. We were almost sleepless from March to May. My wife and I were stressed, depressed, and exhausted. Even the thoughts of my daughter suffering at just 21 months old were killing us. In July, my daughter’s left ear bled and was diagnosed with Ear Infection again which scares us a lot because that incident might be the cause of her recurring Ear Infection. The rest of September is very critical for us to kind of determine whether my daughter Ear Infection is a recurring issue. To all parents out there who are taking your children to Dr. Limsenben, with all my heart I hope this kind of incident will never ever happen to your innocent little ones. I am sending out this message so that parents will be aware of her true personality.

Dr. Limsenben has treated our children since birth (10 years). She has always proven very knowledgeable and professional, while at the same time investing her efforts and time into truly getting to know her patients and make sure that their needs are fully addressed. I 100% trust her decisions and advice as well as enjoy her kindness. She is truly one of a kind and that is why we choose to travel close to an hour to her office when our children are sick
