Dr. Johanna Vivienne Ferriols Leyco-Policarpio, MD

I use to come here and I use to be able to visit with the doctor but every time I call she is never available. I usually see the nurse. Also, now they have a kiosk machine that does everything that might work for some people of the new generation but what about the elderly who may bot be able to use or understand. When I ask about it they said they are short staffed. I have to multi-year at my job and my priority are the customers, vendors, and phone. It takes one bad experience for a person not to want to come back.

I was with this doctor for years yet she ignored the reason and more importantly treating me for my condition for the first two years. She has too many patients and is very unorganized. If you want an appointment or have to reschedule then you’ll wait a month or two to be seen. The staff was negligent in getting me my medication after it was destroyed accidentally, TWICE. The communication between the doctor and her staff is horrible and she’s only sitting a few steps away. The final straw came when I noticed that my bills for my visits had increased immensely. Even though my visits never had changed in anyway I found out that the good doctor had been entering new codes to escalate my bills.

She is wonderful and I feel so much better!!
