The last two comments were likely written by the doctor himself or his family member. God send? Don't think so. I saw his "student doctor" first and then him. Had to drive 2 hours to see him but heard the same thing I did from my local doc. Disappointed.

By referral we were assigned to Dr Arthur. We could not have hand picked a better man to be my wife's nephrologist. He listens, shows genuine concern and his knowledge is beyond incredible! Excellent bedside manner and his willingness to answer any questions you may have is great. He is a true asset to UAMS and the study and treatment of kidney disease.

Dr Arthur has been a God send for us. His insite and knowledge has been very impressive! He is very very good at what he does!

I got really sick from kidney failure and spent almost 2 weeks in the hospital. Not a great experience as I felt the doc was blaming me for my kidney failure.

It makes no sense for this obese doctor to preach the importance of diabetes and weight control to this patients. He and his student doctors were busy lecturing at me.

After meeting this doctor, I got really depressed. Have to find another kidney doctor who can be more upbeat about me.

i was in the hospital recently because my kidney transplant was acting up. i don't think he is a specialist in kidney transplant but he took care of me when I got hospitalized. i was nervous when nobody could explain what i had and why a particular treatment was ordered. it was a nightmare. this doctor did not spend enough time explaining things. not sure if the financial problems at jams was making things worse
