Dr. Jean Mebadda Assi, MD

This office is not prepared for kids. You can smell bad things there. His service is terrible with long waits. His nurse is too concerned with personal affairs. He's not friendly. He interferes with family life. I would not recommend this doctor's office to anyone.

Dr Assi was all 3 of my children doctor for their entire childhood. We love him. He is a great doctor

Over the past few months, I have needed to make my son a doctor's appointment for various things. EVERY TIME I have called to make an appointment (Emerson location), I have reached the answering machine even during so called "business hours." I have spoken with operators, and each time have been given some lame reason as to why their phones aren't turned on yet and have been asked to call back. EVERY TIME I call back, I have reached the answering machine again. I have left multiple messages with the emergency line and operators and have received ZERO calls back. I don't even know if I like this doctor because I can't even GET AN APPOINTMENT!! SO unprofessional. I would be FIRED if I left my phones off all day at work. Dr. John Assi's staff should be too because they are preventing Dr. Assi's patients from seeing their doctor! I will be finding a new doctor. I DO NOT recommend this doctor. Good luck getting any one to schedule your child an appointment.

Take. Them to long to call in prescription to pharmacy and god know s that's a shame

Love this office! Fabulous people and care.

Docteur Assi loves children and take good care of them. He is the pediatrician to my daughters and I will not go somewhere else. He is really sweet and professional and he dedicates his love by helping our children. I recommend this doctor if you live in San Marco Area, Hendricks Avenue and Lakewood.

Children have gone to see him for 16 years ... about to get a Reg doc for them but will miss the people here!

I waited four hours

Dr Assi took care of me and my sisters and brother for several years until we became adults. My sister takes her kids there now. No complaints on my end hes the best!!!
