Dr. John Wycliff Bedeau, MD

My initial appointment went well, but the follow up has been lackluster to say the least. It's been more two weeks and I have yet to receive a referral to see a specialist. His staff is not helpful at all. Look for another doctor if you need to get attention you need. Don't waste you time/money.

Very professional, I definitely feel that I can trust my unexpected health issue with Dr. Bedeau.

Was a past patient and returned several years later for a colonoscopy. Front office staff accepted my insurance info, eventually met with doctor and the procedure was scheduled. Long story short, the out patient surgery center I was supposedly scheduled for had instructed Bedeau office they did not accept my insurance and thus was not scheduled. I arrived the day of the procedure to find this out. Thankfully I was able to go to another facility the same day. Week later received bill from Bedeau office for the procedure and learned then that Bedeau was no longer (since the beginning of the year) accepted my insurance! I am appalled and upset that I was never informed of this even after several interaction with this office prior to the procedure!
