I wish I was able to give zero star! I scheduled an appointment for my 2 years old daughter and apparently the front desk wrote her name wrong! I called them and left a VM but nobody called me back! The appointment was at 3:45 pm but I called the front desk and told them I got stuck in traffic and informed them I arrive 5 minutes late! Once I came to the office to start the check-in, another rude lady came and said that doctor left for the day! Really?! After driving 20 miles in icy roads with my little kid, he left?! Then why did I call you earlier? Why nobody told me he can't wait? I'm an on time person but when you go out with a kid, it's different! That's why I respected and gave them a call in advance! This is unacceptable and honestly, I am glad that he didn't exam my daughter!

I went to Brockenbrough 9 months ago with a chronic nasal swelling. He asked me two questions and said he could do surgery and had no alternative treatments. He has no empathy for you condition. The office workers are rude, disorganized and the woman at checkin acts like she is doing you a favor. If you are looking for the worst ENT, then this is your guy

He is totally worthless and clueless. Just talks surgery and has no other suggestions. His comments are nonsense. He doesn't like to be questioned and gets angry and combative with obviously wrong answers

I was referred to Dr Brockenbrough by my general Dr. His reviews were good but he did nothing to solve my issue. He was polite and all that but made no effort to do anything or suggest something else

Met Dr Brackenbrough while he was at Tenwick Hospital in Kenya. The son of one of our pastor's was injured in a motorbike accident, having a mandible fracture and he was seen by Dr Brackenbrough. His professional manner was much welcomed. Dr Brackenbrough performed the surgery giving a peace to the family that the son was going to be treated well. We thank you Dr Brackenbrough for being in Kenya at the right time! Having transferred to Tenwick from a hospital that did surgery using an ice cube...we were glad to have had your be the doctor concerning Simon Koech. God bless you and your beautiful wife who read his scans. Thank you for your professionalism in all areas. Rating is based on Dr's personal care. No USA office visit involved

I had a total parotidectomy performed by Dr. Brockenbrough and I can't say enough good about him. He did an excellent job with such a tricky surgery and my scar is barely visible. He was kind and compassionate and has always taken a lot of time during office visits to answer any and all questions and explain things as needed. I highly recommend him.

Dr. John performed a major surgery procedure with professionalism and competence. He was caring throughout the process, provided good communication, and as one who has had multiple surgeries over the years, I can make a comparative judgment that he is excellent in all regards. Highly recommended.
