Dr. John Andrew Burigo, MD

I went to Dr Burigo because I wanted the Novasure procedure. The first visit he was fine and gave me an exam. Then I called the office to set up an appt and find out how much the procedure would cost. I was put on the the phone with six different people that work there and nobody could give me this information. They didn't know "the code." So I finally get to the appt. which they said the procedure should be done on my menstral cycle. I get there only for them to tell me "oh we need to do a biopsy first...didn't anyone tell you?"No I said, can't we do it now? Well no your on your period. So after many left messages, no code,nobody telling me about this biopsy, I got nothing done. Furthermore, The Dr was on his lunch which is why he 45 min late! I took off work, had my sister with me to drive me home for nothing! Then the Dr hands me a slip of paper with "the Code" for the insurance company as if I work there. I finally walked out. If you want a personal, caring and respectful Dr, go… elsewhere. My mother and my sister sent me to this office and now he's lost three of us... and anyone I can tell.
