Diagnosed an elderly person with a severe mental disease on the very first visit and then proceeded to say in the paperwork that she could re-write her will and legal documents.Part of her medical record has mysteriously been deleted.He tries to avoid the person who she had chosen as her medical power of attorney long before she became incompetent. I think he's showing personal bias because he knows one person involved and instead of remaining a neutral third party he's taking a side to the detriment of the patient.Can't explain why his medical report is completely contradictory to a court appointed medical practitioner who documented and presented her test results. In his medical reports there were no tests shown to explain why he diagnosed her the way he did.It's likely he's being lied to but that's no excuse for acting un-professionally and trying to illegally exclude the medical power of attorney from receiving vital medical information. He should have been called on this crap… months ago. I'd love to see him in court to try and explain in what universe he thinks this is ok. I hope he doesn't treat his own mother like this. I've been encouraging the medical power of attorney to press charges against him for months. He's lucky that she's too passive. I still hope that she does.
