We have four board certified, fellowship trained vascular surgeons, expert in all diagnostic and therapeutic aspects of vascular disease. In addition, our team includes: A nurse clinical coordinator, two vascular laboratory technicians, and a friendly, dedicated office staff eager to meet your needs.

John Calaitges, MD was born in Queens, New York, and grew up on Long Island. He was graduated cum laude and received his BS in Biology from Siena College in Albany, New York. After spending two years in an active research lab, he went on to SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse, New York where he received his MD. Dr. Calaitges then completed his post graduate training in General Surgery at the Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, Pennsylvania. His vascular surgical training was obtained at the University of Missouri where he also held the position of Clinical Instructor from 1997-1999.Dr. Calaitges is Board Certified in general and vascular Surgery. His interests outside the practice center around his family and participating in the education of the local surgical residents.
