The worst part of the visit was the wait. The staff was friendly, kind, and professional. Dr Carmody was very nice and explained things well. Would highly recommend him

Dr. Carmody is the Very Best opthalmologist ever. He is patient, listens intently and never makes you feel rushed. My previous experience with another opthalmologist was very disapointing- when I met Dr. Carmody my faith in caring compassionate doctors was restored.

WE LOVE DR. JOHN CARMODY. HE IS A WONDERFUL DOCTOR, MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR A GOOD FRIEND,THAT HAS BEEN MY EXPERIENCE AT HIS OFFICE. I have nothing negative to say about Dr. Carmody - he is a good, kind, knowledgable doctor. I do have to say that the staff at his office is the worst I've ever encountered. Their unprofessional nature, poor attitude, and lack of knowledge on basic medical office information (billing, insurance, etc.) is the reason I will not be going back to Dr. Carmody's office. They barely listened to my concerns during the preliminary exam, failed to place an order, and rarely returned my calls. They made for a very poor experience, so I can not recommend going there based on these reasons.

Dr.Carmody is a great eye specialists. He is very caring and he helped my mom when she suffered from a stroke in the eye. He went above and beyond measures to find out anything that was going on with her. I would highly recommend him to a friend or anyone. We really appreciate him and everything he has done to help our mom!
