Dr. John L Ch Ng, MD

Dr. Ch'ng is an excellent endocrinologist. I have been under his care for many years and he is through, understanding, explains his diagnosis, and, most of all, caring. He always follows up after a visit.

Not great. Friendly enough but very fast and did not address how & most importantly why I have been feeling bad. I a have had abnormalities in labs that he just did not address.

Dr Ch Ng is very knowledgeable, caring and professional physician. I came to him with a diagnosis of Hashimoto's. I had spent months researching my disease and felt I had a good grasp on every aspect of the disease. Right away he suggested a drug that I had already done a lot of research on and was going to ask to be put on, since synthetic drugs were not working for me. A year later I can say that my symptoms have improved drastically improved. My disease is stable with the assistance of his care and he is staying on top of checking my thyroid nodule that I had to have biopsied.

His positive reviews must have been written by himself or staff. Do yourself a favor and stay away far away from this individual.

Prompt, I have a very rare tumor and he knows every up to date data about it. He is great!

Extremely professional, nice and great bedside manner. It's obvious he cares about his patients and his profession. Highly recommend him to patients.

He was convinced I was insulin resistant before any blood work was performed. Even though my symptoms are not always present, he could not and would not speculate if it could be something else. When my lab results came back, showing I was not insulin resistant, his prescribed treatment was to modify my diet as though I were insulin resistant. No matter what, he wanted was set on my being insulin resistant. I called back to speak with him (a nurse), I explained that I would like to know if there are any conditions that my symptoms fall under. I never heard back from them, no one ever checked on me, or answered my questions. He could have at least amused me with more lab work. He could have acknowledged that my glucose was normal and then explained why he wanted me to act like it wasn't. I would never go back to him.

Dr. Ch'ng really goes the extra mile when working with his patients. He does his research & stops to listens to my cares and concerns. If I don't understand something he takes the time to make sure I do & lets me repeat it back to him in layman terms to make sure I fully understand. I recommend hin to anyone who needs a good Endo!!

I've been under Dr. Ch'ng's care for about two years. He has explained thoroughly his diagnosis, course of expected treatment, and any concerns that may accompany my illness. He has taken every effort to treat my illness with the least intrusive measures. I feel comfortable asking questions of him. Oh, and his staff are very kind and he is always prompt!
