My appointment started right on time, which I really appreciated. Dr. Coleman took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and care plan, answered all of my questions, and made me feel confident about the next steps. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Dr. Coleman and Piedmont ENT to anyone looking for outstanding ENT care.

This office is the model upon which ALL others should be based. A practice that is new, needs tuning, or needs to know Best Practices, needs a 5 hour Field Trip here to watch and observe how Piedmont ENT operates and completely slays all others. I came here after a run of bad experiences at another ENT and by referral of my PCP. Clearly I should have skipped everything else and come here. Dr Coleman is smart, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, expert, personable, observant, good-humored, self-effacing, humble, frank, current-technology-aware. The ages range from 73 to 20 years old. The personalities are all very different. All have expressed an appreciation for Dr Coleman’s ability to listen and understand them and their unique issues.
