While the dr is knowledgeable, the appointment took almost three hours just to get one skin tag removed! Would not recommend just because they’re so slow!

Dr. Collins is absolutely the best! It is not often you find a physician who is truly a brilliant and talented physician, but also a wonderful person. He cares and does not rush through the visit.

Waited an 1 1/2 to see Dr. Collins. Started with a 15 minute wait in the waiting room and the rest of the time in the examine room. When he finally saw me started with the usual exam then wanted to dilate my eyes which would have extended my visit another 30 minutes for dilation plus the extra time to finish the eye exam. At that point I decided I had been there long enough. Told him I was out of time, I had been there long enough and was already late for work. So if you want to spend all day at this office in a cool waiting room this is the place to go.

When I had an appointment with Dr. Collins, I could not believe how his bedside manner had changed from my first appt. He spoke in a rude tone of voice the whole time. There is a lot of time spent waiting. The day I was there he had very little patience when I asked a couple questions. Do not want to go back to him

THIS OFFICE IS DETACHED AND UNCARING. THREE HOURS FOR OFFICE CALLS IS COMMOMPLACE. ABSOLUTELY UNCOOPERATIVE IN ATTENDING TO ANY PATIENT SPECIAL NEEDS.

i have been a patient of Dr.Collins for over 15 years and have found he and his office staff to be among the highest trained in the area. They care and always follow up on my office visits. I have never waited for more than 15 minutes. When he has an emergency in his office the staff always let's me know. He is excellent and highly trained in his field.

I arrived for my appointment early (3:45 appointment) and was actually taken back for the initial tests and to have my eyes dialated before that. Then, I sat in the waiting room until 5:00 when I was taken to the exam room. I waited there until 6:15. I have never done anything like this before, but I was so frustrated I left without seeing the doctor. There were no apologies or updates letting me know he was running behind. I will never go back to him and don't recommend anyone else see him.

The best in Lexington. My mother went for an eye examination and mentioned she didn't feel well. He diagnosed her problem and her blood pressure was totally out of control. He is more than an ophthalmologist...he is thorough, caring and knows the field of medicine.
