Dr. John Connor, MD

In my experience, the office staff will always call to change your appointment and not stick to the appointment you made months in advance.They don't care that their patients work and manage kids, they will dictate and call you to change as they please. They have called me to change the appointment and push it 2 months away inspite of me making the appointment well in advance. They have made consistent errors in scheduling appointment of both my children. I always schedule it same day, however in their system they will have it documented at a different date without me even having the faintest idea that this was done. When I told them I usually schedule my kids appointment back to back, I was told, "If that happens we are doing you a favor". This is an inappropriate and egoistic statement because I am scheduling both appointments far in advance based on availability and am being charged good fortune to get my kids health services. So they owe me an apology by saying that "they are doing… me a favor". Besides, I asked them to provide me the number of their patient care manager on phone so that I can file a complaint. I was told that they will provide it to me when I see them in person which I perceive as a statement with a threatening tone. Above all, they will not send you any email of text confirmation of the appointment scheduled so that they can cover their mistakes. Unprofessional, poorly managed office staff. Oh and they will ask your spouse to leave (unfortunately under the name of "its our office policy") so that they can fill their tiny, crowded rooms with several interns and nurse practitioners while you scramble through managing your child/children in the room without spouse support...

I took my 17 year old son for a visit. We arrived in an overcrowded office. This was during Social distancing. Chaired were taped and had sign for social distancing. As a result every one was crowded in the middle of the room! Once we moved to the exam room and after 15 minutes ,the doctor came in with two young ladies. Doctor quickly said their name without explaining why they were in the exam room. They were not wearing scrubs! The doctor did not try to make my son comfortable or give him any privacy. He asked him to drop his pants and started to examine. He was asking questions and my son was answering them quickly to just get over with. This was a very small room with four adult while a young patient was being examined. This was displaying a lack of consideration. I feel bad that I did not speak up at the time and was shocked how this doctor had no compassion for his patient.

Went to see Dr. Connor for a surgical consult for my son. He was professional and answered all our questions. Office was nice and staff were great.

Nurse practitioner told us the news our daughter would need a catheter the rest of her life. The tech and urologist who performes the VUD inserted the catheter in the wrong area. Kept it there the entire exam. I got a second opinion, and the new urologist found the mistakes. Second VUD was clear! Daughter does NOT need a catheter. The domino affect of negligence and ill practice is astounding!

I took my one-year old son to see Dr Connor who recommended surgery for two supposed issues. I got a second opinion at CHOP and that Dr said absolutely nothing was needed--boys grow. My son is now 5 and has grown out of the "issues".

Was not completely satisfied with our first initial visit. I felt the entire visit seemed rushed. Surgery was discussed as an option, however it was never needed.

the center was clean and the staff was well organized. eveyone was kind and made us feel comfortable
