I had cataract surgery with lens implants and transluminal dilation of aqueous outflow canal and goniotomty done for both eyes. Dr.Costello and his staff informed me with each step of procedure from pre-op thru post-op. There instructions were clear and precise. If one is looking for an eye surgeon I would highly recommend Dr. John Costello, Jr.

From the very beginning of my experience with Dr. Costello and his office staff was fantastic. Everyone was very attentive and helpful. With having both of my cataracts removed, the procedure was painless and very quick. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Would highly recommend using this practice.

Great office visits with little wait time. I had catarct surgery on both eyes with mutifocal implants. I went from glasses full time to not needing any. I have near 20:20 vision now after wearing glasses for the last 25 years.

I was afraid of getting cataract surgery and put if off for a few years. I have had the cataracts taken off both of eyes and Dr. Costello told me how easy it would be and he was correct. He is very compassionate and very good at what he does. I am so thankful! Don't be afraid like I was.

My vision was gone, then I meet Dr John Costello! I had cataracts in both eyes! One was so bad that I had lost most vision! Dr told the result was iffy, but I decided it was a go! And even to my Dr John Costello it was surprising how much vision I got back!!! Then one month later the other one done!! Thanks to Dr Costello and his staff my life is great again!! I'm near 80 and was having a lot of headaches and trouble driving at night. My optician sent me to Dr. Costello rather than prescribe yet another pair of glasses that would probably be unsatisfactory. Dr. Costello explained in detail everything he was seeing during the examination. He recommended cataract surgery in both eyes to be done about a month apart. The surgeries were totally painless and the results were absolutely astonishing ! My vision was so much better the next day after each surgery. My headaches and glasses are both gone and i can see better than I have in many years! The staff at his offices and at the Griffiss Surgery Center are top notch too! Very caring and friendly, they make sure their patients are comfortable. I am 100% happy with my outcome!
