Dr. John Crochet Jr. Jr, MD

One of the worst experiences I ever had. He is not in medicine for the right reasons. Those who attended my appointment thought of him as "salesmen" trying to sell his infertility treatments without even examining a patient, reviewing medical records, or doing blood work before saying he take my money that day to start IVF. His bedside manner is horrible and was one of the worst male doctors I ever met by my second appointment. I shared my symptoms with him and he described me as psychosomatic symptoms and needed talk therapy (aka I was making up and imagining it). He accused me of being drug-seeking when the heavy dose of ibuprofen was not helping me. I told him my symptoms asked for help with fatigue, mood swings, throwing up, pain and bleeding continuously. He told me seeing blood could bum me out and that's why I was having mood changes. Are you serious??? As a grown woman, I had a period over half my life we all know this is a part of life as a woman. We are not in 1950s anymore… and we are not the weaker sex who faint or become hysterical by sight of period blood. He clearly doesn't understand the life experience of being a woman. I was beyond insulted by his care. I was crying at home after seeing him because just wanted to advise, help and stop the endless period. I was scared and wanted the symptoms to stop. I saw two other doctors after him. He undermedicated me and I bleed for a month until I was properly given the correct dose. This clinic told me at 32 I did not need to freeze my eggs that my blood result levels were okay. Good thing I didn't write check to him on the first visit. Then at 33 I went back to the clinic for a check-up and I asked if I should run blood work yearly to see if there were any changes to my levels. THEY TOLD ME NO and I would be fine for many years. After this experience I saw the third doctor a month later, they ran new blood work as I wanted and found my levels had drastically changed way below normal level. They reviewed my prior year's blood work as a comparison as well. I immediately took the blood results seriously to freeze my eggs. I would have missed my window if I had listened to Dr.Crochet's clinic. If your spending lots of money on ivf or any kind of care seek another doctor's opinion and trust your gut. I would never recommend Dr. Crochet or this clinic.

He is a doctor with true human quality. No one doctor wanted to see me without take my money and don’t talk with my insurance, but this doctor is an angel that God send to me , I’m so thankful with him for his help. I had two miscarriages in the past with another doctors and I didn’t know what happened to me, so one day I was searching doctor on the wedsite and I found him. He made me all the tests that I needed for to Know what was my problem, why I had two miscarriages and he accept my insurance, and Told me what is the really what’s going on to me. Dr. Crochet and his whole team was AMAZING! We live in the panhandle of Florida and they were so helpful in coordinating all the tests and exams that I could have here, so that our time in Houston was as short as possible. He was clear and honest about what we needed to do to have our best chance at conceiving and it worked! We now have an amazing little boy that we are grateful for every day. Thank-you Dr. Crochet, Nicole O'Brien and the whole staff at CORM for helping us!

Very pleased! I've been with CORM since 2008 and from the beginning of my journey, never led me in the wrong directions. All surgeries were successful. All IVF/FET protocols worked. My favorite part of my journey was the family vibe. I felt like all the Drs worked together to make sure protocols worked. I felt like all of the nurses and staff were aunts and cousins rooting for me. I went to all locations

You couldn't ask for a better reproductive medicine doctor. He and is staff were excellent and caring. He takes time with you and answers all concerns. We highly recommend Dr. Crochet.

Had a horrible experience. Went to him thinking that he had many years experience in Donor egg and IVF procedures but didn't find out until later he was a bit inexperienced. Later found out donor was suspected to been hyper stimulated and everything was down hill from there. From the beginning, I suggested maybe something was wrong with what happened in the process of the donor but he just insisted it was my husband. Wanted to wait and redo the initial prep of maybe a new donor, but he insisted we finish and follow through with the 1st Donor. Lots of money spent for nothing......Must I say bad judgement and just a bad experience. Wouldnt recommend him.

He's an amazing doctor. He speaks to you on a level you can understand and is very thorough and clearly experienced.

Dr. Crochet is such great doctor. He made my husband and I feel at ease. He listened to our problems and never pushed IVF or prescribed unnecessary drug to us. We are so thankful to have found a doctor like him. 2 years little we now have our beautiful little angel with us.

I had a great experience with Dr. Crochet at the Center of Reproductive Medicine. He listened to all of my questions and concerns and answered them in a comforting manner. He always kept me informed of his medical concerns and was very thorough. He made sure to make sure to remove every obstacle whether hormonal or physical before we commenced with the IVF procedure. I do not feel he wasted my time or money and was very realistic about my prognosis. The facility was very nice and I never had to wait long. The staff was great and made me feel at home. My husband and I are expecting twin boys and are very satisfied with the care we received!
