Dr. John Kenneth Dudek

Dr. Dudek fabricated information based on an error which could have easily been checked for accuracy. He went so far as to create a narrative that was false and also make erroneous summaries based on his fabricated narrative. Once advised of the falsehood of his narrative, He chose not to correct the record and insinuated felonious behavior and tried to construe that me, the patient, was trying to file a false claim and discounted evidence provided. All of his past C&P opinions should be reviewed and his license suspended until such time as re-certification is achieved.

Do NOT trust this con of a doctor. Just viewed some paperwork that he provided to the Boise VA where he straight out LIED! First of all, this jerk said that he did an in person examination on me. I never met this clown a day in my life. I only knew of his existence because of his name on my report. I will be calling the VA Headquarters on him very soon!

Had an exam by Dudek Nov 10th 2018 for C&P and from the get go I can tell you he is only with the VA for a pay check. There was no professionalism during the exam. He seemed more upset that I took time out of my work day and came in on a Saturday (because I work 6 days a week) that he felt should be reserved for people that work Mon-Fri. He spent more time out of the exam room than inside. The total “exam” was only about 5 minutes long with a poor exam being conducted. His notes about the exam were misguiding as there were comments in there that were far from the truth and embellished. I can tell you without a doubt this guy doesn’t care about veterans or doing a proper job. He just seems to be there to pad his resume.

The first two people that commented called it right. Dudek seems to have no compassion for military vets coming in for C&P Board. Said he was a E.R. worker, which amazes me as I would think he must send them home and smirk like they wasted his time. I saw my notes he wrote a week later because he tells only half of what your major concerns are. Would never go to him in civilian life.

During a Comp&Pen appointment at the Boise VA, Dr. Dudek was: 1. Late (even though I was instructed to be there 15 minutes early, which I was) 2. Unprofessional (he took a personal phone call in the middle of the exam and I waited in the hall for 10 minutes waiting for him to finish) 3. Unprepared (he made a huge deal about the scope of the exam because he wasn't prepared for all of it. He then told me I either have to come back another day or stay an extra 3.5 hours. I took extra PTO from work because a 3-hr appointment took 6.5 hours. He actually tried to blame it on the front desk person for not realizing it and thinking the last portion of the exam instructions was just a duplicate copy of previous ones.) 4. Untruthful (in his notes from the exam, he wrote down some things he supposedly said to me, which he never said to me.) 5. Disrespectful (towards me, my family, my situation and my time.) 6. Spiteful (he seemed to resent me for even being there, which came… across in the way he talked to me, and how he responded to my answers to his few questions. He didn't want to actually talk to me, he wanted short answers to which he could then recommend denial of my claim. He wants as little information as possible from the veteran, instead just relying on his own subjective opinions.) 7. Unprofessional again (he said there was a conflict of interest with him doing the exam. So he just proceeded to recommend denial of everything to the VA. He noted the issues I have, but said they're not related to service. Was he there? nope. Does he know? yeah, because I told him, but he decided to ignore that and just dismiss my concerns.) 8. Selfish (he talked more about how proposed changes to leave and other VA benefits would affect he and his friends for longer than I probably talked for the entire 6.5 hours about the issues I was there to talk about.) Here's how much I don't trust and never want to deal with him again - If I got taken to the ER and he happened to be the ER doc, I would demand to be taken to a different hospital, no matter the cost of transport. I wouldn't trust him with my life.

I saw the so called Dr Dudek for a comp & penn rating. He totaly inferred miss information and also has no common sense. weight gain is do to a dibilatting contition for several years, not the other way around. He stated that working on a "junker house" aggervateed my disability starting in 2014 but the house is not a junker i just told him I was updating thing like paint and tile, of and by the was i did not purchase the until 10/2015. This guy is not a good doctor and should not have anything to do with Veterans. I had 2 other othorpedisit rebuke his decission. If you have to see this guy good luck, i would suggest find a different doctor
