Dr. John Edward Prieve

Very hands off. As others have mentioned, can't leave a message. They are terrible at following through with anything. He doesn't manage your health. He does the bare minimum to get by.

Most of the time he has a recorded message on that does not let you leave a message. After several calls you might get a person answering but not very helpful and slow on Rx refills and referrals. I am looking for a better doctor and do not recommend dr prieve.

It seems Dr Prieve doesnt care about his patients. I see alot of good reviews but he didnt take care of my mother very well. She went to him for years. She passed last year and alot of what she had could of been caught in Stage one instead of stage 4 cancer. My mom should of had MRI or xray and she shouldnt of had to ask him. Hes the doctor and he seemed like he was always presuming what she had. Never asked for followup visit or anything. Hes a joke of a doctor.

I very much appreciate the continued respectful, kind and caring treatment and follow-through with details. I appreciate that everyone in the office LISTENS and any needs or concerns are taken seriously. I appreciate that a live person answers the phone!!!! In this automated, rushed medical world...this office and staff are a breath of fresh air.

The title says it all.I could go on and on. I have had many doctors. Most okay, by Dr. Prieve is by far the best I've had in 40 years. The doctor that delivered me was perfect,never found a doctor that even came close. Then came Dr. Prieve, I believe Dr. Meredith picked him for me. He is smart,honest,has the most current and informed knowledge in life as will as medicine. I may not always like what he says, but I always know he's wright. All that and he is easy, and fun to talk to. The girls are just as good. I hope he is my last doctor.The girls can never leave either. I said I could go on and on and I did. Anyone that doesn't go to this office is making a big mistake. Okay enough already, I'm sure you get the point.

Doc was referred by a friend and identified an illness missed by others medical professionals years! Treats his patients with compassion and simplicity, does not over-medicate, he believes clean living contributes to healthy living.

Dr. Prieve is super!! He is by far the best doctor I have ever had. Dr. Prieve also has wonderful resources and every doctor he has referred me to has also been top notch and very professional. I have been seeing him for 11 years now and won't go anywhere else.

I think Dr. Prieve is the best. His office manager is also very attentive. I highly recomend him.
