Dr. John Wells Egar, MD

Was my dr for approximately 5 years, was a fantastic md, toook extremely good care of my father and myself.

He joined McKenzie Primary Care Associates which moved north of town, fairly close to Fred Meyer. There is not a better doctor in the area. On top of that, he's a great guy.

Dr. Egar was always courteous, professional, and extreme thorough in the treatment he rendered to us, his kindness, and the time he devoted to each and every appointment. We were devastated to hear that he had left Peace Health and replacing him as our personal physician is going to be both traumatic and difficult. He will be sorely missed.

He provided excellent care, taking into account all of my individual health issues, and my overall health improved dramatically. He's smart and stays current with new medical findings. It's easy to talk with him. My only disappointment is that he all of a sudden left his practice here. It is proving a difficult task to find a suitable replacement.
