Dr. John Louis Ehlert, MD

Dr.Ehlert operated on me over 20 years ago for neck and back fractures dislocation and spinal cord injury , he placed harrington rods in my neck and back to stabalize my spine, he also done some future surgury for partial rod removal, how ever I am classified a partial parapelegic, and at the time of my injury I had multiple doctors telling me I would never walk again, not DR.Ehlert he told me nothing was impossible, I could be the medical miracle, later referred to the medical freak when monthes down the road I walked in the door of his office after much therapy and pain and determination, this man not only gave me back the ability to walk I feel he saved my life,his expertise, his humanity,his kindness,his reasurrance, and ability to set the fact that he is a orthopedic surgeon aside long enough to just be a person who cares and be a friend, was such a great asset for me, he gave me the inner streangth to pull myself back up and go on, I think there is no better doctor, person… or friend, then Dr,John Ehlert, he was my angel, I can only say Thank you from my heart for the many years you have given back to me, and may god bless you always.
