Myself & family have been patients since 1997. Great medical treatment via visits & on call. Dr always in tune to patient care via medical treatments, nutrition, referrals to best specialists, etc. Dr G & his office are one in a million.

DR JOHN GARCIA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS!! I have been seeing dr garcia since I was in high school—for 20 years, and I was told today because I haven’t seen him in over 3 years that I am considered a new patient and I cannot see him anymore. I want to see him to get a referral for physical therapy for my arm, and to refill an anti-anxiety medication. DR JOHN GARCIA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. DR JOHN IS A COLD AND HEARTLESS DOCTOR. I WENT TO HIGH SCHOOL WITH ALL HIS SONS, HIS DUAGHTER BABYSAT ME AND HE HAS THE NERVE TO SAY I AM A NEW PATIENT!! DR JOHN GARCIA IS A COLD HEARTLESS DOCTOR.

I have tried the rest now I have found the best. I have gone to a lot of them and ask for help and all I get is I have to help myself. This one said if I help myself I will help you with it and that's something that I had never heard before and guess what iam getting somewhere now. thank you sir for all the help and paying attention to me when I talk to you. DR. Gracia is the best and is the last one that I have to look for because he will be my doc from now on. hopefully he will last a long time

Been seeing Dr. Garcia since my oldest son was a baby. He was his pediatrician. That was 22yrs ago. I'm not saying he's perfect because we are all only human, but he will sit there and listen and will get to the bottom of my issue. I cannot stand when a Dr will just get you in and out of their office just because he has many other patients to see. He does take his time. This is 5 stars on him. Now his staff could use a little bit of an attitude adjustment but I know that dealing with some hard patients isn't easy. At the same time, you chose this profession and this is what you have to deal with when it comes to customer service. No need to snap at the people who don't feel well. So maybe 3.5 stars for them. They are doing their best.

Great doctor and very personable. Jackie knows how to treat patients and is an excellent communicator. If one person cannot answer a question, that person will find the person who has the answer and will get back to you

I have seen Dr. Garcia for about 20 yrs or so. He is wonderful and so is his staff. His wife who also helps in the office is also great. He is always right about my illnesses and prescribes the right medicine. He talks to me and always makes me feel confident. He fills my prescriptions when needed. Mrs. Garcia always finds time to squeeze me in even if the appointments are full. The wait time is about an hour, but that's normal for any Dr. visit especially if they're busy. I have never been disappointed. We can't expect everything to go well every single time. We should consider that we are not his only patients. Patients always expect Dr. Garcia to give them the best care. However, I'm sure he would appreciate a small Thank You note from his patients every now and then too. We too should give and not just receive.

Office staff is very rude and no people skills

CALLING TO CHECK ON STATUS OF REFILL REQUESTS. JACKIE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SHE WAS SO RUDE. TERRIBLE PATIENTS HAVE TO DEAL WITH HER. EVERYONE HAS A BAD DAY BUT UNDERSTAND THE TYPE OF JOB YOU HAVE. HOPE SHE GETS REPLACED.

Staff couldn't get more rude there, and to top it off the office manager is his own wife and she is the worse one. Husband had some blood work done there and they sat for 2 weeks, i had to call to get results and that's when they relized doctor never looked over his results. My husbands left arm and jaw were numbing up and we were very concerned but we were told that the office staff would call us if anything was wrong with his blood results. Numbing went away and slowly started coming back so i decided to call to get his results and we were told the result had just come in that morning and doctor was going to go over his results. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS QUACK OF A DOCTOR. Sad to say I have been with him since i was 13 years old and now I'm 31. Unfortunalty every time i happedn to go back to to the doctor the office staff and doctor just got more and more unprofessional. Time to move on find a professional doctor who really cares for his patients.
