Dr. John Gomes, DDS

Dr. Gomes will walk on the water for you. He listens and takes in your whole medical problem with other medicines. I went to Dr Gomes for a few years but when I had an emergency was given another dentist in the office and from there on was given the other doctor who was self centered and would not take into consideration that his way was not correct for me. That I could not go off life saving medicine until after surgery. I left and will not go back. If I was assured to have Dr Gomes I would be back there immediately but I am very uncomfortable with the other dentist being present.

I've been seeing Dr. Gomes since I was a little kid, and now I'm 34. There were a couple periods in my life, when I was away at grad school for instance, and I couldn't get to him and saw other dentists and learned what else was out there--not good! I live an hour away now, but he is worth the drive. Why is he so great? He will NEVER up-sell. You won't be told you have cavities when you really don't. He is caring, professional and gentle. I like that he is preventative and doesn't always jump right into doing procedures. His dental hygenist team is great too. The equipment and space is always clean and up-to-date. He does quality work and he (or his colleague) is always available in an emergency. East Grove Family Dental is what you envision in a family dentist office. EXCELLENT!
