Dr. John Marcus Heim, DO

Difficult surgery done flawlessly.

Waited almost 6 months for hip surgery due to a uneducated and incompetent nurse that didn't know her insurance and never did what she said she would do regarding phone calls ect. She is the doctors nurse that handles everything! Excuses, lies and undone work month after month. Finally sought a second opinion, and boy was I glad. Saw a new doctor, nurse was on top of her job, was in surgery a week later. Doing great now. Dr Heim is in my opinion a great doctor, but he needs to find a competent nurse!

Dr. Heim did a hip replacement for me right before he moved to Arkansas. I found him to be an excellent doctor!

worst experience I ever had got the run around for 3 months trying to get my knee replaced staff not very professional and kept lieing to me and postponing my surgery and delete cat scan images

I would highly recommend Dr. Heim, he is a very good Doctor, and spent the time with me and addressed any questions I had. I also feel Stephen Johnson is wonderful as well.

Did an awesome Job took time even made sure minimal scaring. Even though I had 2 brakes, Ankle and fibula. I have a tattoo on the same place the Dr had to cut to put the plate and pins in. Dr Heim took the time match it up so that lt looked the same as before the surgery.
