Dr. John Hibler

Very shady business practice. Was told up front what the cost of my procedure would be, had to sign a paper indicating that and paid on my first visit. Was asked to come back for follow-up. Was not told by staff that there would be any further cost. Eight months later, I receive a bill indicating I am past due and could be sent to collection agency. They charged me the full amount again - this cost double of what I was told and not to know anything about this charge until eight months later makes me want to tell everyone to stay away from this business. Three phones calls about this charge, have got me nowhere.

I would recommend Dr. Hibler to friends and family. He is very skilled and also courteous. He did not hesitate to answer my questions and address my concerns. I felt very comfortable with him and will continue to use him as my dermatology specialist.

After multiple and some horrific attempts (chemo injections in the warts) to cure my daughter's issue with Planter's Warts (60+ warts), I came to Dr. Hibler armed with information about what we had tried and a desire to try an unusual treatment involving Taggement, which a pharmacist, who had dealt with the same issue and treatment, suggested I inquire about. Dr. Hibler listened carefully, with interest, to our angst and looked at the information I had brought and agreed it was worth a shot, even adjusting his original dosage when I pointed out what others had said was successful for them. He asked to copy the information I had gathered about various treatments for warts for his own files, and said the treatment would not harm her, so why not give it a try. I had already tried to speak to 2 physicians about this treatment and was dismissed without thought. Within 3 weeks of using the regimen he prescribed, her warts began to disappear until ALL of them were gone. I was so thankful… when they began to go away, I cried. We took a picture to him of her foot before and after treatment - amazing results. I would highly recommend this physician to anyone and will never cease to be thankful for his ability to listen to reason and for taking time to consider an unusual option.
