Dr. Hou @HealthCare Partners is the most outstanding medical provider I have ever had! Also his office staff are stellar and very professional.

He takes the time to explain everything to you. When results come back he sits & explains everything. Great Dr.

This office has the best front office and back office workers I have ever dealt with. Caring. Dr. Hou has never brushed me aside and given me his full attention on everything.

I've been seeing Dr. Hou for over 10 years. He is easy to talk to, he will actually spend time with you in the exam room and talk about health issues with you. If you need something as simple as an allergy shot, you can schedule an appointment with his nurse, and you can generally get in the same day. With his new office, I've had a couple of times where I had to wait a couple of weeks to see him. But this is the exception rather than the rule.

He has the compassion as a pet rock he spends about 10 minutes or less with you he never smiles or looks at you he pays more attention to the computer than the patient never ask how you are doing or feeling its takes forever for his team to get you a referral I would not recommend this Doctor to anyone or anyone's pet!! :(

He thinks he knows everything and is very stubborn. When I wanted an MRI, he told me it wasn't necessary. Another doctor immediately set up an MRI for me and from that it was determined that I had a torn ligiment.

Dr. Hou diagnosed a problem I had for years and has baffled every other Doctor I've been to, and he did it in less than five minutes. He's caring and listens. I rate him at the top of list for doctor's I've been to.
